Can we leave items in dressers/drawers?

Non-breakable items such as paper and fabrics are okay.

Do you do packing?

Yes. We offer full on-site packing or unpacking services.

Do you mind making additional stops or pick-ups?

Not at all. Just let your moving consultant know so we can schedule accordingly.

What happens if it's raining?

There are very few days when the rain will stop us from completing a move. However, severe weather may result in re-scheduling. We will contact you with any change in plans.

When do I have to pay?

You pay when the move is finished.

What method of payment do you take?

We accept most forms of payment, including credit and debit cards.

When will the movers arrive at my house?

Most moves begin shortly after 9:00 AM. We know your time is valuable, so your moving consultant will let you know when you should expect them to be there.

What is an average tip?

Moving is a service industry. There is no set amount of gratuity expected, such as in restaurants, but if you feel like they did a great job, feel free to tip them accordingly.
