We moved back in April of this year and are finally getting around to letting you know how pleased we were with all of the fine folks at Heavenly Care. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and pleasant, even with our extended (slow) moving schedule. Your company was willing to work at our pace, even though they could have gotten it done much faster. The collection of RC planes (and all of the small parts associated), our heirloom china and even the bins of different sized nails in the workshop were all handled with the same professional care. Even though the guys were tired and hot, they were always cheerful and willing to do whatever needed to be done. There were a couple of minor accidents along the way, sure, but they were corrected promptly and professionally.

"Everything came crashing down for me over Labor day weekend in 2006.

My father suffered from a stroke and fell over Labor Day Weekend. My mother fell in an unrelated accident over Labor Day Weekend. Both falls resulted in orthopedic injuries for 2 people in their 80s.

At that point, I knew they were not returning to their home and I was scrambling to figure out "what next".

It was over Labor Day weekend that I was first introduced to Benny Latino, the owner of Heavenly Care. He saved me that weekend. He answered the phone over the holiday weekend and agreed to set up a move from my parent's home to their new home at an assisted living facility. What a relief to be able to get this handled over a holiday weekend and to have the move occur without a hitch.

Benny stepped up to the plate for 3 more moves - including the final move out and close up of my parents home. Each time I knew I was dealing with some one I could count on which helped immensely to relieve the unbelievable stress that I was under. When another caregiver service failed to come through at the last minute, Benny again stepped up to the plate to handle the situation.

His attitude exemplified the "make it happen" confidence that people in crisis need to hear."

Please make note of how wonderful our entire crew was... Kevin is amazingly kind. I don't remember all of their names but all of them had great attitudes and personality, even though they had worked a long day and were very tired when they started our job. Tito had helped us on a previous move so we were familiar with him. They all worked together and helped each other out - one of the guys was leaving town so they brought in someone to let him leave, etc. They all worked as a team and seemed to enjoy what they do! They all brought joy in this time of great hardship for our family!! Thank you!
