Scott Kandel has lived in Austin Texas since the summer of 1991. He went to the university of Texas and then considers himself lucky to be able to stay in Austin ever since. After 22 successful years in the corporate world focusing primarily on sales, marketing, and management, he finally achieved a life-long dream of becoming a business owner and joining Austin’s business community. He looks forward to building his work family and professional reputation with strong character, strong values, and always doing what’s right for his past and future clients.
In his free time Scott participates in local marathons, triathlons, and cycling, and has also enjoyed his experience in real estate investing.
Marcus LeeOperations Assistant
Marcus was born and raised in Austin, Texas where he graduated from McNeil High School. After attending school at Austin Community College, he was lead crew chief for a local custom concrete business and lead driver for other local moving companies. Marcus has worked in the moving industry for over ten years and was promoted from one of our lead drivers to his current position. Marcus enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, son and family. He is a devoted sports fan and car enthusiast. Marcus also enjoys staying in shape by going to the gym and by playing basketball. Marcus has been a valuable asset to our company.
Mike DuranOperations Assistant
Mike was born in Odessa, Texas but moved to Austin at a very young age where he lived with his parents in Leander until he graduated from Leander High School. After graduation he joined the United States Marine Corps where he proudly served his country for four years including two tours in Afghanistan. After his honorable discharge from the Marines, he spent 6 months traveling and spending time with his family. He joined the Heavenly Care Team in March of 2013 as a Crew Chief prior to being promoted to Operations Assistant. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and supporting his favorite football team “The Dallas Cowboys.”
Sandy RodriguezOffice Manager
Sandy Rodriguez organizes and coordinates the office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Having an extensive amount of experience with all administrative task including clerical and secretarial responsibilities, Sandy has shown compassion and dedication to Home Care Solutions from the beginning. She provides a vital role in coordinating the activities of our busy office. She not only ensures that the day to day job of managing our business is on task, but she plays a pivotal role in connecting our clients, customers, and employees, giving the best service possible.
Chicago born and raised, Sandy Rodriguez loves her new home town in Austin TX. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree of Accounting. Sandy strives in helping others, inspiring her to seek a career where she could immerse herself in it.
In addition of duties as an Office Manager, Sandy is also active and participates in her Church, which is part of a community outreach program, that provides hot meals to local homeless and underprivileged residents. She also spends time with her husband and son, enjoying all that Austin has to offer.
Krishna MitchellAssistant Business Office Manager
Krishna Mitchell was born and raised in the Republic of Panama. She moved to Austin in 2008 after graduating from high school with a specialty as a bilingual secretary. She is currently enrolled in college to obtain a degree as a sonogram specialist. Krishna has a passion for helping others. As a vital member of the Heavenly Care Family, Krishna pursues her love for aiding those in need while finishing up her degree.
In addition to fulfilling duties as the Assistant Business Office Manager, Krishna is also an active in her church, where she and her husband are the youth coordinators. She loves to spend her free time with her husband and puppy Taz, traveling and enjoying all that Austin has to offer.
